backstory

Sherman's whole life up until present day.

Sherman is a tiny, stubby snouted dog. He has large ears, large eyes, a small muzzle, short body, thin tail, medium-length legs, and a long neck.

He's also really cute.

Sherman is a well-mannered, surprisingly friendly little guy, despite being so badly mistreated. He's very self-conscious of his rasped voice, one of his biggest fears being waking up one day with no voice at all. He's very proud of his place in the pack, and anyone who thinks he's incapable because of his size or condition can suck it, in his opinion. He's not very tolerant of bullying of teasing, so would probably flank anyone who decides to poke fun at him. He obviously loses most of the time, but he's not too worried about his pride. All he cares about is that people know he isn't afraid. He's very hopeful and determined to let people know that he is more than just a tiny dog.

Sherman came from a small Corrales home, having had his vocal chords cut by the dad of the household after he'd gotten tired of Sherman's high pitched yapping and howling. Though it didn't work, as his voice was probably even more annoying now, only being able to speak and bark in an extremely raspy, crackly, and just overall bad voice. Sherman had heard word of Los Sabuesos, so he fled his home in search of these ''wild dogs''. Since he lived near the area in question, he was able to safely make the journey alone. After roughly two days of searching, he found the pack, and was welcomed in.
